This German Cascade comes from the Hallertau region. Due to its pronounced fruity and citrus-like aromas, Cascade has gained a reputation for being the “quintessential” variety for dry hopping. In-house brewing trials have shown that Hallertau Cascade hops are equal in quality to US Cascade hops.
